At Memo Paris, we strive to ensure your olfactory journey is perfect; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened and unused fragrances within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated concierge team at support@memoparis.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully place the item in its original, unopened cellophane packaging and secure it within the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return label provided by our team and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring all previous tracking labels are covered.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
